for the class. Child care is available for an additional
small fee.

In order to receive the Homebuyers Education Certificate
the participants must attend the entire 8 hour
session. This certificate may entitle you to special
considerations on the loan you need to buy a house.
Housing Counseling
After completing the Homeownership Class the participant
may choose to meet with one of our housing counselors.
Whether it is three weeks after the class or 3
years, our housing counselors have helped countless
individuals and families identify their goals,
problem solving, create plans, avoid potentially
devastating choices, and achieve their dreams of
owning a home.
